When most people think of pantry items, they envision boxes: mac-n-cheese, peanut butter, crackers, chips, etc, etc, yada yada yada. NOT YOUR PANTRY! The primal pantry (and fridge) is stuffed with fantastic snacks like home-made beef jerky, fresh and dried fruit, home-made “granola”, nut butters, tons of veggies and various other staples that will keep you full and focused. Plus, a well stocked pantry will allow you to throw together a last minute meal without a trip to the store or drive thru.
