Things I LOVE!!

This morning I wanted to give a little love to some of my favorite sites. Give 'em a click, check 'em out, and if the spirit moves you, buy something, like something, add them to your favorites... they deserve it!

First, I have to admit my love of a good bargin. Rhea Lana is a nationally franchised consignment sale for kid stuff. Clothes, gear, toys... all the things that cost an arm and a leg and only get used for a short time (you know, unless you have 4 stair step kids like I do) Everything is good quality, lightly worn, name brand, in style goods. We aren't talking garage sale foder here... this is like shopping through your friends closet. You know, the one that always has the high end, super cute stuff. Not only can you buy a fall wardrobe for the ankle bitters but you can get that jogging stroller you have been eyeing at a FRACTION of the original price. If you have gently used wears, you can consign and make back everything you spent! WIN WIN!! Can't beat it!!

While we are talking about clothes... check out the changes that my friends over at Cavecloth have made!! Talk about expanding the cave, these guys are on fire! Hand-made, eco-friendly shirts and hats that are stylish, fun and crazy soft. While you are checking out the gear, be sure to look around for tips on living the primal life. Oh, and if you are in NWA, double whammy, you can buy the "primal lifestyle" gear in local shops!! YES Ma'am!

A friend of mine, Mandy Warren, has a facebook page called Eating Innately. She talks about taking charge of your food and not being afraid of experimenting in the kitchen. On top of being a mommy and a foodie, Mandy and her husband Denny own a fantastic practice at Generations Health and Wellness. These two are a power couple to keep an eye on and a great resource for living a healthy, full life! Check them out!

Last but totally not least is Danielle Walker at Against All Grain. Danielle is an amazing chef of all things grain free. Through her journey to find health she has created a website and cookbook full of help for anyone needing or wanting to cut grains from their diet. This a great site for recipes and ideas PLUS she currently having some FANTASTIC giveaways to celebrate her new book launch! Oh man, I wish I could win every single one of the prizes!!
